Never been dissapointed I have purchased furniture twice and never had any issues. I have never had any quality issues or poor customer service. The only negative is the salespeople follow you around and THAT is annoying. I will continue to buy from them.
poor quality/poor excuses I ordered a 60" tv console.When I picked it up it had dents, scratches, and cracks in it.They were going to just load it up, untill I asked them to see it, I would have got home and had a fit. They ordered another one and then dents were worse. So they took off the good pieces and put them on the first one. I got home and would you believe the doors won't close, now I have to wait for service. Art Van had a console for $50 cheaper, I should have went with them. Value City Furniture This is a really neat furniture place. They are always having a sale. The neat thing about this store is that you can get a whole room of furniture for a great price.
Poor Quality Furniture Value City Furniture offers a variety of furniture for every room in your house. I had seen several ads for their furniture, and thought I would check it out for their wonderful prices. The service was friendly (not quite as pushy as other furniture stores). The styles were up to date and interesting. However, the quality of many items was obviously very poor. I wouldn't go back.
Adam Deakin is an outstanding sales consultant! He truly takes an interest in his customer’s needs and he goes above and beyond to make his customer’s feel like family! I would give him a 10 star rating for superior customer service!!!!

I was huge complain against value city furniture 5 times cancelled my ordering items till now, No body mother fucker doesn't reply me about it, everybody should be boycott ass whole value city.....
I was purchases items as a dinning table from value city sterling height location at 06/06/2021, but I didn't get delivery till now to day July 22th 2021, I was contacted to day customer services they told me it was manufacturer issues, I told them if it was not stock/ready for delivery why they sold this items? it is complete cheating with customer, also sales agent doesn't know about the delay delivery when they sold this items, Mohammed Alim was my sales agent he nothing told me about delay delivery, and no excuse to talk... read more
