I purchased a Sofa set from Value City Furniture store in Greenbrier Chesapeake, VA and paid $3,403.00, It was delivered 07/26/2021. At assembly the technician found that it is damaged and defective. Delivery person informed the store about damaged furniture and I also reported the issue to the store manager on the same date.
