good selection, sales people HOUND you I have bought several things from Value City Furniture. Let me stress that you get what you pay for. My kitchen table is holding up fine, but my daughter's daybed is falling apart. Plus, the sales people hound you. You can totally tell they are on commission!
Damaged bed frame with no reimbursement Last week we ordered a wood bed frame from the Evansville Store. Paid cash (approx. $630.00) and had to wait one week for the bed to be shipped to the store. My husband picked it up, took it home, unboxed it and started putting it together and found the footboard broken. He called the store and told them the problem and their only solution was to order another which my husband would have to pick up and start all over again. We chose to return the bed for reimbursement. After all that i... read more
Sales lady very good helped us with making our selections. She marked our items as sold so we went to get other items not offered at this store. When we returned at the store to get our items we where told by the manager they had let the furniture loaders go home early (3 hours early). and we would have to come back tomorrow to get our items.
