Excellent customer sevice highly recommend ask Nancy
I ordered a bedroom furniture set in September of 2020. Still waiting for the bed. I was supposed to get it in December 2020. Since December it was delayed twice for a month and it's going to delay for another month as I have found out today. The customer service is really bad! They do not pick up their phones, i was on hold for over an hour, finally someone picked up but they've purposefully disconnected the line. Ms. Samantha Paul I was disgusted with their customer service. The manager Mike, was extremely unhelpful and rude to my 75 year old grandma who spent thousands of dollars there. I was appalled, what ever happened to 'the customer is always right?' Not only do I think he is a poor buisnessman who will contiue to lose valuable customers, I think he is a disgusting person to disrespect and belittle an innocent old lady. Do Not Buy anything from this company My husband and I bought a pillow top mattress (King Size) from Value City Furniture in Mishawaka. Got what we thought was a fabulous deal. After less than a year the mattress had dips where we slept, was very uncomfortable. The mattress was warrantied for 5 years so we called them. They sent a guy out to look at it. He said they don't even sell them anymore because of all the problems with them, but they would not replace ours because it had a stain. That he would get in trouble if he to... read more

expensive looking cheap furniture i bought furniture here last year and paid close to $2000. that furniture fell apart within 6 months!. i would not recommend anyone to buy anything at this store.and the sales people were too pushy
You get what you pay for We bought furniture here 5 years ago, and after the first week, we were happy we bought the warranty because we had to have them out to repair several seems that were coming apart in our couch and chair. The quality of their furniture is just aweful and the sales people are on your back the entire time you are in the store. I would not purchase from them again.
