Excellent customer sevice highly recommend ask Nancy
I ordered a bedroom furniture set in September of 2020. Still waiting for the bed. I was supposed to get it in December 2020. Since December it was delayed twice for a month and it's going to delay for another month as I have found out today. The customer service is really bad! They do not pick up their phones, i was on hold for over an hour, finally someone picked up but they've purposefully disconnected the line.
