Alex was awesome, she is great with her customer service & helped w all of our questions. She also went above & beyond to help us w all of our needs. Kelsey helped as well & helped her with some things & made things go smoothly. Great customer service! We purchased a very expensive sectional towards middle of Dec 2024. Delivery was great. No issues there. After about 3 weeks, one of the motorized recliners started having issues. We called because we paid for the warranty. It took them 6 weeks to send a repair tech. Tech was there for 37 seconds, said they needed to order a part. That was March. Salesmen follow you around the store like you're prey and they are very pushy. Not very knowledgeable either. The salesman asked me what I was looking for and I described the exact kind of couch. He wanted to direct me to one that was double the price of one I was already looking at and it didn't have all the features. I even tried explaining to the salesman that I've already found one that has everything.
