I would give no stars if i could but I have to pick one.This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture purchase. I got a couch that started to tear up before we had it paid for and neither value city or the warranty service we purchased would stand behind their product.Form the fabric not been sewed all the way and loosing all the feathers out of it to the frame seat not being put level. This place has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy.. do not purchase anything unless they have it in the store and u can take it home that day.
This location closing. They delivered our couch next day. This chain is worth a stop if you are looking for cheaper furniture
