This company has no customer service at all. I ordered a cherry wood TV stand from the wolf chase location with Debbie. Went to the winchester location to pick up the stand and verified the merchandize only to get home and open the box to have a black stand. I called Debbie and she told me she ordered the wrong one and I had to take this 150lb box back to the store versus them picking up the wrong merchandise and bringing the correct one. awful service, horrible defective furniture – this company was recommended to me by my boss b/c i just moved into a new apt and needed stuff. i saw the prices and said their cheap, it must be bad furniture. after she convinced me i went and found a nice table set for 199 and a nice green sofa. they delivered it to my place. after they let and assembled the table i inspected it.
