Bought a sectional in January. It was supposed to be delivered in April. The day before delivery, they call and say one of the recliners won't be in until May. Delivery day they send the wrong wedge to the sectional. The guys who delivered didn't speak English either and was trying to get my wife to assemble it. Now the wedge isn't supposed to come in until July. Today, I was supposed to get a loaner recliner until the new one comes in and it isn't gonna be delivered today either. I would give 0 stars if I could...Long story short, I am being penalized for having to use the extended warranty by paying to have it delivered because the warranty company wouldn't actually fix the problem. Nobody can help because "it's company policy" and I have to pay for delivery. It was "helpfully" explained that I signed the receipt that clearly stated this. A. That's not what I was told when I bought this warranty and B. It is NOT clear. I used to shop here all the time, and I will never do so again. It's $105. I feel... read more
Derwan and John did another spectacular job delivering my sofa. very quickly they brought the sofa in, all the accessories attach the sofa to the chase in a timely fashion. And again I would recommend them for any delivery needs I would have.
