Get denied a price match as the price was for a location in Guelph…this is not what your price Match policy states, it say “has to be a licensed Ontario dispensary retailer” but no where does it mention location or distance enforced… please educate your employees properly on your own policies, this is ridiculous, walked out and didn’t buy anything as even showing the girl the policy didn’t help her understand it…. Need more training for staff ASAP
On google it says store opening hours are 08am. On the store window it says opening hours are 8am. The store remains to be closed
Second time I've come here this week and the store is not open when it's supposed to be. Someone needs to be fired.
