I’ve been a regular customer at Value Buds for a long time and have always appreciated the convenience and pricing. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I had an interaction with an employee who was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and made racially insensitive remarks during our conversation.
