It’s too bad I couldn’t put zero stars. FAR FROM GREAT THERE.
Stopped by the other day on my way camping and received exceptional service from Bianca! She's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for instead of just trying to push a product. She gave me helpful recommendations, answered all my questions, and set me up with a new fav product!
Completely terrible experience yesterday. The bald employee at the counter had an awful attitude from the second I walked in and handed me the complete wrong cartridge. When I went right back to fix it, he was super dismissive and weirdly inspected the package up close like he didn't believe me. On top of the awful customer service, he literally shorted me on my change the item was $22, I handed him $25, and he gave me back 90 cents. Dude needs to go home and go to bed. Unprofessional and completely clueless.
Great experience every time!
