Visited on July 16 at around 9:50 PM. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve received at any Value Buds location. The male cashier was rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was a burden. He rushed me through checkout while chatting instead of paying attention. After I paid, he didn’t even bother to say “thank you.” When I pointed out that one of my items hadn’t been scanned, his response was simply, “too late.” No apology, no attempt to help, and absolutely no professionalism. Gave two stars instead of one, because I have had good experiences here. The young dude working seemed irritated that I walked in, despite my friendly greeting. Asked if there were any specials/deals, he said "nope". I also asked if they had a sativa that wasn't too potent, he also replied with "nope". Bad attitude in general. Pretty disappointing when you choose to spend your money somewhere and get treated like an inconvenience. Ended up buying some purple churro, which I was happy enough with.
