I shop at various Value Buds locations, and have no problem with the store or brand. 4 stars because the rep behind the counter did not give me the "warm and fuzzy" feeling that I'm used to from every other location I have visited.
Chick took a break at noon for 15 minutes. I had 5 minutes left to eat after she got back and there was a lineup of 6 other people behind. Really bad time for a break...this is customer service after all...it's like one of the busiest times.
