Im giving 4 stars because this location is usually great and the prices are great. The guy with the long hair is patient and informative. However, I docked a star because when I went in today, still sitting in parking lot while I write this actually, there was a girl filling out the board and the guy had a line up with 5 of us in it. You guys actually lost a customer due to the wait time, he just said screw it and walked out.
