made me wait outside for ten minutes with some makeshift sign on the door and then when I got inside the employee didn't know his product, I had to repeat what I wanted three times and then he had to double check my id because in the thirty seconds of grabbing the product he already forgot that he id me and then proceeded to overcharge me by almost ten dollars, didn't apologize and was very rude when giving me a refund. My go to VB. I will travel from Whyte ave to Jasper gates to see the VB fam over there. Levi, Tze, Hudson, Justin - all great people who never come off as rude or disrespectful. They took the time to learn my name, they remember my order and they always give me a suggestion if they don’t have my js or cart. Best VB in the city by far
