Kind staff always there to help with a smile on their face. Many well educated conversations with up to date knowledge in their business field and bonus that my pup always has a fresh bowl of water, a head scratch and a treat waiting when we go on our strolls. It's truly appreciated.
The woman I spoke with on the phone a short few weeks ago seemed to assume I wouldn't be a paying customer. She proceeded to rudely interrupt me, condescend to me, and also assume she knew the reason for my call. She didn't let me finish, so she never actually found out what it was. She just huffily concluded what she believed it to be, and then hung up on me. Appalling customer service.
Usually no problems here. Today however.... And no start time on it. Top it off the other location i went to was out of stock with what I wanted.
Extremely rude cashier. One girl who was at the cashier was super rude and she don’t care about providing a service even in the slightest. Been here multiple times and every time she was rude to me and my friend. Never going back here again.
