It is very telling that he responds to negative reviews with "...we cannot find a file in your name..." this is the most disorganised, incompetent notary. After the sale of our house, we were notified that he had not paid the buyer's agent, we were mailed the buyers' documents which were sent to the wrong address with my name misspelled. Even after correcting them, they misspelled mine and my wife's' name and our address several times. Avoid this notary.
