Valor Physical Therapy treats our whole family! From sports injuries to sports injury prevention, increasing strength and flexibility for specific sports movement, post surgical rehab (post spinal fusion, post prostate removal, even a decade old C-section), frozen shoulder, etc. Dr. Val has improved ALL of our lives. She is the best. She has helped us to heal ourselves, be free of pain, be stronger for the things we love and made our lives better!
Val took the time to thoroughly review my case and helped me learn all the exercises to get healthy again. I feel like I’m in a unique position in that I had the exact same surgery done previously and the rehab process with another therapist was nowhere near as good as my experience with Val. I am stronger now than before my surgery. I highly recommend her and would encourage anyone considering physical therapy to visit her for a consultation. I’m all in!!
Val is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. She has helped me get through multiple injuries and she fixed an issue that no other PT was able to figure out. I highly recommend going to her for all your PT needs. She is very knowledgeable and actually gets results. She takes the time to get to the root of the issue and build from there.
Absolutely love it at Valor Physical Therapy! Brian really made my experience so comfortable and it was easy to communicate the pain and discomfort I was feeling and translate different exercises into every day tasks, work and my gym regimen.
