I followed Val from a Physical Therapy group and am so happy I did. I get personalized attention and exercise programs. Val is not only a great Physical Therapist but frankly diagnosed my underlying condition before my doctor was able to do so. I have the highest regard for Val and Valor PT.
Val is the best. Many physical therapists will hone in on where the pain is but has a keen sense to recognize 17 other triggers which are the true cause of pain. She helped me with my shoulder, and elbow; she helped my son with his hamstring; and she helped my daughter with her back. Her advice and consultation was spot on in every case. I'd recommend her to anybody.
Val is amazing at her ability to understand her clients needs then addressing the problem and providing a solution. I actively play high impact sports and she has help me maintain my body and fitness to keep me at my highest potential. I recommend her to anyone who wants to be at their best for daily activities to high impact activities.
Valentine has been a spectacular help with my herniated disc and stenosis problem. I have had several Physical Therapist over the years, and she is by far the most knowledgable and empathetic of all of them. I highly recommend her, without hesitation.
