We had a massage scheduled a month ahead of time -our first visit to Valo. The day of my appointment my car decided to overheat and give out and I had to immediately take it to a mechanic. I had a ruptured radiator hose caused by a mechanic error the previous day. I called a couple of hours ahead of my appointment to let them know of my situation and that I was stranded on the side of the road and I likely wouldn’t make it to my appointment. Amazing experience!!. Everyone is so nice. I felt like a different person walking out of there. Location is beautiful and safe. Getting a tour, helped me to see the other services offered.
