I had a horrible experience with valley medical center in Hilo. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They tried to reschedule my appointment after I waited weeks in pain, at the last minute after I drove 70 miles. The doctor walked out and got on the plane to go off island. They get two thumbs down
-100/10. Wouldn’t recommend bra. Staff is rude. Dr. Valley is one scrub. Rather watch YouTube videos then come here
Dr. Vally was very unprofessional and disrespectful with sarcastic comments during my visits. On one of my appointments on last December, Dr. Vally greeted me with a smile and stated "happy birthday", I responded to Dr. Vally that my birthday was a while ago in August. Dr. Vally replied "I haven't seen you since your birthday in August" misleading the frequency of my visits, since my last visit to Dr. Vally was on October. I’ve been going to Dr. Vally for 7 years now and I have always been treated very well. I came from out of state with a workmen’s comp claim. He had no problem accepting me as a patient. His staff was very professional dealing with my claim from a different state that had different monthly requirements than Hawaii. Dr. Vally, Jen the nurse practitioner, Erica the office mgr, Chelsea, Sydney, and all the office staff, Momi the acupuncturist, the massage therapist, everyone is very kind, patient, professional towards me.
