I'm not surprised by seeing multiple 1 star reviews. I just called to find out when my treatment plans expired n was told they were never approved (They were signed, dated and approved) then I was told I was released as his patient. When I asked why, they said I was late multiple times which is a total lie? Doctor Valley is very unprofessional, rude and condescending. I've had him scream at me as to why I contacted my adjuster, but I had to, because his office was so incompetent. After 4 1/2 minute appointments I was always ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Vally! He is genuinely caring and takes the time to really listen to my concerns. Every step of the way, he goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best care possible. His knowledge, attentiveness, and dedication have made a stressful process so much easier, and I truly feel supported and understood.
