Another law firm referred my case to this firm. The utter lack of professionalism from the intake person was appalling. It started with an email stating that they have been trying to reach me. I had zero missed calls! So I called them, like the email asked me to do. She stumbled through roughly 4 or 5 intake questons,we hung up. 20 minutes later she called back to ask 1 more question. We had a long hard time getting to the end of this situation and not being able to have someone see what we were going through. You took this case and worked on it to get us justification. I may always remember the things done to me. But to know you treated me with respect, kindness, and did your best. Got two calls for my consultation scheduled 3:40 pm CST (4:40 PM EST, at least that’s what they told me or what I heard). The first was 4:08 pm CST with a voice mail. The second was 4:30 pm CST and I answered. Intake specialist tried to assert she called me at 3:40 CST (4:40 in her words from eastern time zone I’m assuming) and immediately wanted to reschedule to Friday. If I can’t even get my call that we scheduled today, why would I proceed? I’m sorry. I’m sure they do good work but it wasn’t meant for me.
