Got two calls for my consultation scheduled 3:40 pm CST (4:40 PM EST, at least that’s what they told me or what I heard). The first was 4:08 pm CST with a voice mail. The second was 4:30 pm CST and I answered. Intake specialist tried to assert she called me at 3:40 CST (4:40 in her words from eastern time zone I’m assuming) and immediately wanted to reschedule to Friday. If I can’t even get my call that we scheduled today, why would I proceed? I’m sorry. I’m sure they do good work but it wasn’t meant for me.
