What an AWFUL credit union!! My husband and I unfortunately had a vehicle loan through ValleyStar, and it was nothing but problems through pay off. Initially they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone at all (the closest branch is an hour and a half away from us; this was the cheapest rate available when we got the truck, we didn’t choose this place). Avoid Avoid....the do not like for you to get your money from them. I see they rate a C+ on a bank site. Should be a F-!!!
