I went today to make a deposit and pull up to the drive through window. I look in the window and see a teller sitting in a chair on her phone scrolling. I smiled and waited, waited, waited, she looked at me again and then back to her phone ignoring me. I started to feel confused and looked at their hours stated in the window showing that they’re open so I smiled again and sat there like an idiot. Always super friendly it’s always nice when you walk into lobby and they know you. Debt card issues they replaced in minutes. You can’t beat that. Shout out to Clearbrook branch

What an AWFUL credit union!! My husband and I unfortunately had a vehicle loan through ValleyStar, and it was nothing but problems through pay off. Initially they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone at all (the closest branch is an hour and a half away from us; this was the cheapest rate available when we got the truck, we didn’t choose this place).
