"Absolutely disappointing experience at ValleyStar Credit Union. Customer service was non-responsive, the online banking was glitchy, and I ended up wasting hours resolving basic issues. Would not recommend."
I went today to make a deposit and pull up to the drive through window. I look in the window and see a teller sitting in a chair on her phone scrolling. I smiled and waited, waited, waited, she looked at me again and then back to her phone ignoring me. I started to feel confused and looked at their hours stated in the window showing that they’re open so I smiled again and sat there like an idiot. Always super friendly it’s always nice when you walk into lobby and they know you. Debt card issues they replaced in minutes. You can’t beat that. Shout out to Clearbrook branch
I love the experience every time I go everyone is very helpful and polite especially the drive-thru tellers
