Run! Worst customer service
Valley Star Credit is a horrible bank to do business with. If I could give them a zero would.
They are slow. 45 minutes to deposit a check.
Do not consider this credit union. I have never called for help and not had at least a 20 minute hold time. My longest was over an hour before I gave up. They do not have the capacity for their number of clients. Months of promises for adding new personnel but those are broken promises. I have found their help polite but they need to quadruple their staff.
Since the merger from Entrust to ValleyStar, I have had issues with logging in, processing my loan payment and reaching someone to assist me. This evening around 6:20 PM, Eastern, I attempted to login into ValleyStar, with correct credentials. They system wanted to verify my identity via either text or phone call, I selected text. I never received a text, I attempted this 2x. Contact information is correct in ValleyStar's system.
