The worst experience ever. Been here 3 different times and they are not doing the most simplistic thing.
I can’t say enough great things about Sarah Barker, a relationship specialist at Valley Star Credit Union in Danville. After my own bank didn’t offer the services I needed, I went to several others that did offer it over the past few days and unfortunately I needed an appointment next week, as they were all understandably short staffed due to it being right at Christmas. It’s the Friday right after Christmas, so I knew it was going to be difficult to find anywhere that was able to get me all setup without a prior appointment... read more
