My Mom has been at Valleyhaven for 18 months. The care for her has been so good. The staff are caring and advocate for her. I find that we can discuss my Mom's care and collaborate ways to make her remaining time as meaningful and comfortable as possible. From the moment one enters the front door, to the nursing staff, care aids, activity folks and everyone in between, my mom and myself are iacknowledged by them. The Nursing Care Coordinator is tops.
My husband calls Valleyhaven his home, he is secure and feels safer than he ever did at home. Staff are attentive and respectful every time I visit.
Valleyhaven is a wonderful facility. The staff are fantastic and I truly appreciate the level of care my Mom receives, thank you :)
Valleyhaven has taken good care of my dad for 5 years. They also helped my mom in respite care before she passed last October.
Very friendly staff throughout. Ladies at the front desk are awesome. Always nice to walk in and see a smiling face! They take great care of my Mom and my Dad too, while he was there. Lots of activities for the residents, very inclusive and helpful.
