I am very concerned with the service from Valley Wide Process. It was requested that I meet at the owner’s residence to meet with the document intake associate named Lacy. We met at their home which fine, but a neighbor came outside to inquire what we were doing and seemed frustrated and warning me that this should be a red flag, which I thought was odd. Avoid at all costs! I attempted several times to reach them from the info Listed on their website, “The Process Server (TPS)”. No response. His listed business address under TPS was listed also to “Valley Wide Process” and their website indicates a business address also registered on this page as current, but they have not operated out of that location for months. I wish I would have read the reviews. They did not perform the job, Jackson gives you the run around and doesn’t complete anything he says he will do. No wonder he’s struggling. Do not hire, good thing I was able to dispute the charges on my card.
I was out of the country with no cell service in the middle of an ocean fishing and didnt have cell phone access to process payment. Bunny worked with me to get me squared away and dropped off my VERY time sensative court documents on time. I appreciate their help and transparency!
Don't hire this company for process serviing! They did not perform the job they were paid to do. I left many voice messages and sent many emails. They told me they served and just needed to complete the affidavit of service. I waited weeks and followed up many times. I finally received a call back after I sent an email canceling the service and advising that I would be posting a negative review and disputing with my credit card company.
