Have tried to book on three separate occasions over the last 3 or so months for a relatively quick point A to point B (different locations, a student with no car). First time was attempted through website, second via phone message, and third via website again. I did not receive a single confirmation or call back from any of these attempts. Left detailed message with phone number. Never returned call. Day before used online booking tool and never received confirmation or email of any sort. Poor service. Received great service from competition.
