I live at Valley Village - very nice quiet place to live. Unfortunately the waiting list to get in is very long.
One of many suggestions I have for Valley Village is Improve their menu especially for diabetics. A large percentage of the 55+ age group are either diabetic or pre-diabetic and Valley Village does not make any concessions to this group. Their menu consists of high carb and low protein items. My doctor wants me on a low carb, high protein diet. When I tried to discuss this with management, their was no interest in helping with my diet.
