This building has been a huge blessing to my family. My ex-husband had a health emergency living on the east coast and needed a facility. We wanted him to live closer to our son in Boise. The people at Valley View came through for us, but that doesn't compare to the welcome we received once we arrived. His nurse and CNA immediately made him feel comfortable. I have been very upset. My ex-husband is in the rehab center , They continually split his urinal on his eating tray cart, he spilled his urinal on the floor and it was not cleaned up the next day when I went. His call light goes unanswered for hours, and he has to yell for help because he’s legally blind, and can’t walk at this time. his bedding was filthy.
