Poor customer service today. Couldn't get an answer about services, asked for someone personally and the clerk asked "what do you want her for?" Never got any satisfaction.
My dog developed an abcess on her neck, the staff here looked after her very well, even responded to emails after hours when it looked like it was getting worse and then checked in on her after a couple weeks. Great service.
