The bus driver for the Otis area is absolutely amazing. She’s been the bus driver that my child has had for the last few years and we absolutely love her. Thank you miss karen!

Bus driver dropped my daughter off 4 blocks away from her bus stop. When my daughter told her she passed it, the bus driver told her to get off her bus and that she wasn’t turning around. These people act like they can do whatever with your kids. They never answer the phone so you can complain about the drivers. I’ve had problems throughout the years with a few of them acting incredibly unprofessional. Hopefully they get shut down and a new company opens up that actually cares about the kids they are transporting.

This company should have no place in charge of transporting children. The communication of their services to the school and parents is terrible. When trying to call their office, they do not answer. Communication and organization of school children should be a main priority, and this company misses the mark completely.
