Worst bus company ever! I’ve called countless times over an incident report resulting in my child getting kicked off for a few days when I am a working mother!! The manager is no help, has taken my call back number, left voicemails, was told to call back at a certain time to talk to the bus driver, still couldn’t get a hold of them. KIDS ARE KIDS!!! I was told by the manager that an apology letter should be fine only to find out my child was still denied to ride the bus & STILL CANNOT GET AHOLD OF THE BUS DRIVER!! & like I s... read more

They made us wait until we were quiet when we weren’t even loud to leave the school, it took a very long time till we left the damn school
