Never answers the phone can’t get the kids bus routes correct. My child is special needs getting dropped off at the wrong stops all the time. Bus driver claims our stop isn’t on his sheet and never comes here. Morning or evening. I have called the school they directed me to who hires the buses, pass the buck they sent me to valley transport, 2 weeks in a row I am doing this. I called them all again today. What a joke of a company, bus back and now not running, just close your business. Drivers always out sick, no back up plans.
Very disappointed & shaken up. After a long delay in receiving bus services, both my daughter & myself were excited for the bus start this morning. We arrived at our stop 30 minutes early, eagerly waiting in the truck for her first official bus ride to school for Junior Kindergarten. As requested, 10 minutes prior to the “stop time” we got her bag on & got out of the truck - to see the bus come flying up.
