My sister relies on dialysis three times a week to keep her alive. For some reason, her insurance company assigned Valley Transport to take her in a wheelchair to and from her dialysis treatments. Not only is this company consistently late, they did not pick her up to take her to dialysis twice and did not pick her up after her dialysis to take her home once.
