Valley transport has the worst transportation services got in this raggedy van inside and out the man didn’t help her go up the wheelchair ramp on the van in her wheelchair tipped backwards. He started playing music with a 80 year old lady in the car that was talking about pussy dick titties niggas then we were late because he didn’t put gas in the car before he came so we had to drive till we found the nearest gas station. This company has repeatedly been late to pick up individuals, and if you call to check on status they are rude, and have hung up on us/individuals more than once, then refused to answer the phone, and also insisted that the ride was canceled by the individual. They are consistently late to very late (2 hours last night after telling us they were 8 minutes away), and if individuals are not waiting on the curb, they will leave without picking them up, requiring people with a variety of disabilities to sit outside in the weathe... read more

This company does not deserve the people's tax dollars from Medicaid! In the last four weeks, they have caused me to miss two appointments. The calls made when I missed a medical appointment in December 2023 had to be cancelled. During the calls I made trying to find out where was my ride resulted in rudeness by the office personnel, lies about the driver being around the corner, and eventual hang-ups on me. This place sucks the drivers are nasty and unprofessional they talk about you and other clients to the drivers you here there personal calls the entire ride And the call center never gets ur pick up times right they need a -10 stars for real

This company is not worth a star. I'm filing this complaint on behalf of a patient. She was told she would be picked up from our facility at 3:00pm. We called multiple times. Every time they would tell us they are going to be there in 5 minutes. Patient didn't get picked up for 2 hours after her appointed time. One employee got very nasty with us. I don't understand how they can get away with this. Insurance companies should be made aware of this.

I was hired by the lady in the office and havent been able to get in contact with HUNTER i kept getting the run around now they are saying they not hiring but i was already hired. They are very unprofessional and i feel like they didnt want to schedule me for training because i speak my mind im not gonna sugar coat nothing and im a woman and black at that i really feel like they discriminated against me so im reach out to NAACP

This transportation service needs ti be investigated. They will transport 2 or more people at the same time. They sometimes are not on time and their vans need to be DEEP CLEANED.
