Friday on got on the number 2 bus at around 4pm. The bus driver was on his phone texting with the door closed so I needed to knock on the door for him to open the door. When I got on the number 2 bus he didn’t take me to the transit center. He drove around College Place . So I road back to Walmart. I have old him I got on the wrong # 2. Our first experience using The Bus was Saturday January 25, 2025. Before that I have been a grateful citizen for FREE access to earth friendly transportation in this area. On Saturday our driver, Dan, welcomed us onto his trolley car. I think it is new. He cheefully made we newbies comfortable and explained the many services offered through Valley Transit as stops allowed. 10/10 don’t recommend. There is very few decent drivers. The rest are RUDE af. Their schedule online and app they have are incorrect on their times and VERY confusing. Especially If you don’t ride the bus regularly. I hardly see drivers wearing their masks, especially when they talk.
