After writing this review, head office of Valley tire got a hold of me. They worked with me to find another day that work in my schedule and complete the rest of the repairs at no cost to me. I appreciate that valley tire followed up and made it right. It’s very hard to find a company that still behaves that way and shows the customer that they have integrity.
