After writing this review, head office of Valley tire got a hold of me. They worked with me to find another day that work in my schedule and complete the rest of the repairs at no cost to me. I appreciate that valley tire followed up and made it right. It’s very hard to find a company that still behaves that way and shows the customer that they have integrity. The staff at the Prospect Rd location was very friendly, but my service experience missed the mark. I got a flat in my service van. It was a bad puncture, the tire was flat within a minute. I was 2 kms from Valley tire. I have an account with a tow company and I have an account with 2 other service stations, but they were much further away. Valley tire is also close to my home so it was convenient. I called and asked if they could get me fixed up and on the road today. You guys are freaking incredible. Wow!! Is an understatement. Twice now we've been in an emergency circumstance and you've taken us right away (tire had a nail in it, and our car was making a loud banging sound). This afternoon my husband was very worried because on his way home the car was making a really scary sound.
