Tracy Lewis did my wife’s taxes this year and she is not a trustworthy person to perform this service. Somehow now she owes the IRS money and when we called Tracy to clarify she stated that she had stated this already but no such communication was ever provided to my wife. Accountability can’t be that hard and if that’s the way she conducts business I would hope others are warned before entrusting their finances to her! I wish I could give her 0 stars!
I have used h and r block since I was 15 i have never had so many issues with my taxes until this year. I won't use them again. My money was suppose to be direct deposited and now they are mailing checks instead and charged another 84 dollars. All they want is your money. They screwed my mother over on hers also.
