Wow, I switched from a local bank to Valley Strong Credit Union when my bank merged and I did not want to go downtown. I have been banking over 60 years and this branch of Valley Strong gives the best service I have ever had. Their Money Market gives a reasonable return on my money. Their Bill Pay is outstanding and saves my church probably $100 per month. The Manager and her staff are excellent. This Credit Union absolutely treats you like family.

Disappointed in how they treated my husband. He went in one late afternoon, straight out of work in his dirty clothes, and because of the way he looked they treated him poorly! He did not catch her name but it was an Asian lady that assisted him. The lady skipped him in line. She asked who was next in line and told my husband to wait that she just needed a quick signature from the person behind him.
