Incredible customer service which appears to be a core value of Valley Strong. My experience is regardless of the branch I enter into I receive the same courteous welcome and smile. In a world where this can be forgotten it is definitely one of the reasons I remain a customer at Valley Strong.

One thing that I don’t like is when someone tries to make it out as if I’m lying about something in December I did tap to pay for a money order with a retailer and I went in today because the service was done before and I felt humiliated and my service was not frustration free at all they tried to make it seem like I was lying about doing it because “supposedly they don’t” if not then why have I
