Unfortunately the office staff is rude as can be. The main Asian young girl she might be a supervisor of some kind which is worse so the training should be more extensive but here we are. She isn’t the most pleasant person to ask for assistance. Shame on her for that, she should know better than to treat her senior guests that way. Maybe the lack of experience?
