Wow what amazing service! I stumbled upon this bike shop downtown and was looking to rent a bike. I am an avid cyclist. Allan was so friendly he found a bike for me to rent. I forgot my biking shoes in Halifax and he offered to let me use his. He was not working the next day when I was renting the bike but made sure the shoes were there. Today when I rented the bike everyone was so friendly and made sure to put the correct pedals on and adjust the seat. They also gave me a great route suggestion! What a great experience
Shelly, Frank, Alan and Dave helped me file a warranty claim with Specialized. When my frame arrived, they switched over my components and cleaned the cassette, chain + more. The whole bike looked new. I did not expect that! I was so pleasantly surprised to see all that was done when I picked the new bike up. Thanks to all that were involved to make this happen.
Visited the store with intention of purchasing a new bicycle, employee informed me they had a personal used bike that fit what I wanted and they would bring it in and have it looked over first. We agreed on a cash price. After withdrawing the cash and several days of trying to contact the employee asking if the bike was ready, they called me back and said because they had a personal plumbing emergency they now had to charge me $100 extra for a 10+ year old bike? I wouldn't expect that from a random off of Facebook let alone ... read more
