Had a Jotul wood stove installed last week by Valley Stove and Cycle. The install and service from Bill and Scott was amazing. We love our new stove. Thank you both so much. We recently purchased three bikes from Valley Stove & Cycle in Kentville—a Marin Four Corners, Specialized Dolce, and Specialized Allez—and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The rental process was seamless and the staff was very friendly and accommodating They went out of their way showing parking places for our campervan and the trailhead on Google maps streetview. As well, they helped me attach my Wahoo to the rental bike which already had a head unit. The bike itself was a pleasure to ride and well suited to the trails. I would recommend Valley Stove and cycle for anyone visiting the area and needing their “bike fix”.
Great service and very easy to work with from start to finish!! When we first entered the store we were greeted by a lovely employee named Jan. She listened to our past biking experiences and took that information to summarize options that allowed us to make informed decisions regarding our purchases. Wow what amazing service! I stumbled upon this bike shop downtown and was looking to rent a bike. I am an avid cyclist. Allan was so friendly he found a bike for me to rent. I forgot my biking shoes in Halifax and he offered to let me use his. He was not working the next day when I was renting the bike but made sure the shoes were there. Today when I rented the bike everyone was so friendly and made sure to put the correct pedals on and adjust the seat. They also gave me a great route suggestion! What a great experience
