I see I am not the only one with a bad after sale service! To begin with I did not get the couch I taught I had ordered, (with the lumber and neck support which was the main reason for buying that couch). I told the sales person exactly what I wanted with that specific couch, she DID NOT inform me in the difference in price so I thought that was it (she is the sales person, not me). Hard to believe how they could have kept this business running with such a rude, disrespectful service team.
This is a hidden jem in Ottawa. Really good quality furniture.
Very unprofessional experience at Valley Squire Furniture. Owner is rude and speaks to customers with a very angry and disrespectful tone. Zero after sales care or service. All they care about is making a sale. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere for new furniture. Would give zero stars if I could.
