I had a great experience with Valley Spirit and owner, Kristin. I happened to call one day because I was looking for a yoga instructor to come to a house we had rented in the area for a bachelorette party. I got in touch with Kristin directly and told her a little bit about the weekend and what we were looking to do. Simply the best! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Products are wonderful. Great place to stop in and look around or take a class. Great for novices and experienced yoga, meditation and more! LOVE THEM!
Valley Spirit is a gem in the heart of Washington Depot. The yoga instructors are top notch, there are a variety of classes for all different level of practitioners, and the center itself just beams with positive energy. They have wonderful, personally curated products and books and specially heated massage beds. A truly wonderful spot.
