Got the system done a 7 months ago in the the second month that i had it my speaker popped all wiring was loose my fuse went out because it was loose went back to place got it fixed 4th month of having it fuse went out again wasn’t put on correctly came off easily and was to big it melted was not going to stop anything could of burned down my truck went to go tell them about it and told me that they needed to put it inside the truck when they could of done it in the first place 0-10 there wiring sucks a guy thats all tatted ... read more
My son went to get his towers checked out and tune his amp and one of the technicians poped all 4 of his towers. Spoke to the owner and he mentioned that he would replace them. This happend almost 3 months ago and no phone call. This place sucks and there customer service sucks as well. Friends and family, please read the reviews on Google before you go to Valley sounds. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone like it happened to us.
