The in office service itself was decent enough, but they will call you NONSTOP to try and get you to reorder supplies, regardless of what your actual supply level is, or if you even have an active prescription. I get multiple automated calls a week telling me to reorder with no way to stop them. It's also a ~25 minute wait to talk to anyone if you call.
I've received quality care while in the office however, trying to reach anyone over the phone or email is a nightmare. They offer both methods to patients to get supplies and follow ups but fail to check either one. Frustrating.
Terrible Customer Service. Anytime you need to reach them plan on being on hold for a very long time. And then when they do answer, they will either disconnect you or tell you to call another one of their numbers. And then the long hold time starts all over again!
Hey guys have to salute Elena Garcia and Veronica. After many months of frustration, I finally reached out and spoke with Veronica and then Elena. Guys these ladies are the Real Deal. No balls dropped, fresh daily communication, updates, follow up and within 4 days I now have my replacement products for my CPAC. VST please take time to truly recognize The Spirit of Excellence in Elena and Veronica
Do not go here. THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. It is totally unsanitary. This respiratory therapist with gross fingernails proceeded to touch all of my equipment, picked at the parts that come into contact with my face with disgusting nails. MANAGEMENT SAID THIS WAS OKAY. They do not care
