It is good but not of any use because you can't get hold of anyone on the phone and they don't return phone calls. Feels like they only care about automating the routine sales. They have call center people to call me more than once and request me to reorder supplies. But I want an appointment and not a simple reorder as not satisfied with the fitting of face mask. I have had the worst experience with this supply store. I have had a change of doctor and have asked them to route the prescription to the new doctor. Over the last 2 months, I have followed them up with them at least 6-7 times and everytime I have to repeat the same story that send the prescription to the new doctor. Everytime, they say yes they are going to but they either do not send it or send it to the wrong doctor. This has been beyond frustrating. There is absolutely no co-ordination within their team.
