they are pretty busy. I could not fill my prescription without an in person appointment. I was leaving town before they could see me. If I die in my sleep I wonder if they would have any liability?
They won’t renew my prescription. I might die! I didn’t know they needed prescriptions for hardware. All the money I spent was wasted. This is my opinion.
Been getting my supplies here for 2 years, same insurance. Suddenly my insurance won't cover more than one nasal cushion for 6 months according to them? Even though I'm supposed to change them monthly. Even though they sent me 6 last time. Sat on hold for 40 minutes only to be told they'd look into it, I was told that last week and they never called me back. Terrible business, I'm looking into finding another supply provider .
I PAID for and ordered my supplies on May 1st. My order is still "in processing". When I ordered them they told me they would ship in 3-5 days. NOTHING as of today. When I called and reached out I was told she could not see the reason why my order hasn't shipped but it says billing issue.... That is after I have paid them and paid for the order. I am waiting for a call from a manager to discuss this but I will be looking for somewhere else to order from or just get my supplies from Amazon I guess. I can't wait to not be deal... read more
