Gonna join in and leave the same reviews everyone else does- need my supplies, order my supplies, get told there’s an issue. I receive a text for rapid supply where I don’t need to speak to anyone, I do it, and then they call me anyway to confirm. Then I get told I need to go back to my doctor for a new prescription, which I don’t use that doctor anymore. They want me to take all the tests again?! After removing myself from auto-refill and auto pay, was still billed 2 cycles. I had moved and one of the orders that was billed inappropriately was sent to my old address. They refused to re-issue supplies until 30 days, or the supplies were returned. They hound you with spam emails, texts, and phone calls to tell you it's time to re-order, only to screw you over.
I was shocked to see such a high rating for this store as my experience with the staff was nothing short of absolutely horrible!! Never could reach them by phone to discuss my situation, only text messages that were super difficult to communicate. Every time I followed up to see why I hadn't heard back from them, they gave me the run around and told me I needed to give them time to complete my order. UPDATE: This company is still incompetent as i struggle every time i have to have an order sent! Your company really should be ashamed for the crap you put people through! Why can i never talk to anyone have to leave a message for someone to call me back then they call while i am working and yes the people that do call are not based in the US as they barely speak English and won't get a supervisor on the phone! I have no idea how this place has such a high rating. The people individually are nice but as an organization it’s an absolute disaster. You have to got to Valley Sleep THERAPY for the machine, and then you have to go to Valley Sleep Center to get service. One hand never seems to know what the other is doing, and when there’s a conflict it’s always the other building’s fault.
