Do not go here. THEY DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. It is totally unsanitary. This respiratory therapist with gross fingernails proceeded to touch all of my equipment, picked at the parts that come into contact with my face with disgusting nails. MANAGEMENT SAID THIS WAS OKAY. They do not care
I've been trying to get an appointment since January unfortunately I was 15 minutes late to my appointment the young man at the desk refuse to listen to me or try to help me he said I would have to reschedule for late August what an extremely unprofessional business
The people that I have dealt with have been very professional. But,,, their system is confusing at best. Example being: when it's time to re-order supplies, I get a call (from overseas) asking for permission to run my insurance. I gave permission to run my insurance and they call me back the next day with what my co-pay will be. ($13) The order arrives a few days later, no problem at all. Until next time to reorder. Was laughed at when I informed the person I haven’t recieved my supplies in months. Run away from this place.
Can I give -5 stars? How in the world is this place a 4.5-star rating? This is by far THE WORSE sleep therapy organization. I was considered STAT yet was not able to get my equipment for over a month because no one knew what was going on. I could have died. When I called for the equipment they couldn't find my sleep study. They called me for a 6-month follow-up appointment stating that my insurance would not cover my bill if 30 days past my follow-up date, then proceeded to book me 4 months past the 6-month follow-up date.
