Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an amazing range of stuff there for fencing and water as well as for birds and animals. I buy all my good potting mixes and fertilisers and straw there as well as connections from my water tanks to irrigation and smaller tank up hill. Plus other things I didn't know I wanted until I saw them
