From the outside, this building looks beautiful. More like a ski lodge or vacation resort than an assisted living facility. Unfortunately, appearances can be deceiving. My mother-in-law lived in the assisted living section, and our experience was extremely concerning. In our opinion, the facility is severely understaffed, especially overnight. I have happily ĺived at Valley Ridge independent living since ìt opened 13 years ago. The staff ìs friendly and helpful, there are man̈y activities an̈d performances by various groups, the buiĺdin̈g is clean and weĺl maintained, It is nice to have a Cafe available! These are a few thìngß that make Valley Ridge special. Barbara Moll
Older sister just moved in....WOW! Beautiful and clean facility, great food, but the nicest thing is this place is so inviting and friendly. Starting with the most AWESOME staff, to the other residents, my sister after just a few days has experienced something she hasn't had for many years...community.
Delivered food here, expansive facilities and overall great atmosphere. Maybe I’ll retire here someday haha.
