I have been banking with Valley Premier since I was 16 years old and will be a life-long customer. I have always had great customer service, but I want to give a special shout out to Stacie Hinrichs for her help, understanding, and flexibility. She has been a life saver especially on those days when my financial life (and real life) really needed it!
I just exchanged two ice cream buckets of coin to cash, and the teller was so amazingly kind and wonderful to me!! I know its a pain to do, so I really appreciate her kindness! I didn't catch her name but she had long brown hair, glasses, and a great smile!! Thank you so much I really appreciate your help today!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have banked here for decades and they have always been great.
I have been with this bank for roughly 17 years, over the last 5 years it seems to have drastically gone down hill. have had numerous issues that i have tolerated. i am currently travelling for work and pulled up my account to purchase a plane ticket back to mn. in the last 11 days i have racked up $640 in fees over being roughly $30 overdrawn. but they will refund 400 in fees if i deposit close to $700. until then i will continue to be charged $5 to $30 a day in fees. this might be legal on their but i don't understand how ... read more
Very poor customer service in Moorhead, most of them are just rude and not very helpful. I would never bank here. I would think twice before you open an account with them
