We had to have our very special dog put down last Saturday. They worked with me to accommodate the best time to come pick him up, once the vet was done. They were very professional, and so caring during the difficult process. They called and arranged a time to bring him back to us after cremation. Customer service was above and beyond! Not the kind of service company I want to see again soon but if I ever need it, they'll be who I call. Thank you so very much.
