My monkey passed away recently and we asked for his ashes and his paw print. I received him in the mail today. Is the paw print the pets actual paw or is it a random paw you stamp? If this is my cats paw where is his thumb? He is a polydactyl, he has a thumb which is why we even said yes to a paw print. Did you even know he had a thumb? Thank you Kathy! One of my babies passed today and I called around 8 pm (on a Sunday mind you). I got a call back within 10 minutes! And the first thing she said to me was “I’m so sorry”. That is a person with heart and love that does this for us that have lost a loved one and not for the money. It was such a sad time loseing misty we loved her so very much we are so lost without her but I want to say what a beautiful way valley pet took care and compassion with our beautiful misty ,thank you her urn is beautiful, which made me feel she was sent of in a careing way
During what was one of the toughest times in my life, Valley Pet Crematory helped take care of my Harley and gave us the most beautiful urn and paw print plate we could of ever asked for. We are so sad to of lost our girl, but so happy that she will be with us forever. Thank you Valley Pet, for treating our fur baby like one of your own.

Dignity and compassion. These people are in the (human) funeral business and treated all three of our dogs over the years with the same respect we have experienced when we have had to deal with the loss of a loved one. It was obvious they cared about how our pet was handled and felt our pain. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick.
