I've been going to their walk-in/open-to-all "Power Fit" class for over a year (maybe 1.5ish) and it's been great. The trainer, Cozy Mitchell, is not only cool and fun to train under, but she's clearly very knowledgeable on how to get her students to make the most of this weekly hour-long class. --Mike
